It is regretted that owing to a misunder-

standing the depth of the dredging to be undertaken

was stated in paragraph 1 of that despatch to be thirty-

four feet six inches instead of thirty-four feet which

is the figure agreed to by the Company and concurred

in by my Executive Council.
